Three suggestions,
First, a "Add to Playlist" option when uploading videos
Second, when you're in your Videos page, you could select a few of your own videos and add them to a playlist in batch.
Reason for these suggestions: a playlist for each model (easier to find videos afterward)

Third, when viewing a video and you hover over the heart, it currently shows "Add to Favourites", "Watch Later" and followed by your custom playlists. I would suggest removing the hovering option, and making it clickable, and then having a popup with all your your playlists. (kinda like the save option on youtube)
