I'm driving crazy with UTC and GTM Time Zone, help please!!!!

On Stripchat, I'm (or try to) enter SinaCampby's broadcasts, but time differences break my brain.

On her Broadcast Schedule, it says, transmissions start at 1 AM (I don't know if it's GMT or UTC. In my country, both of them are same - 3.

Only twice I entered the broadcasts, at 4 AM. But, never after 1 AM.

Some SinaCampby follower, please could tell me what her GTM or UTC Time Zone?
