У них несколько адресов: 2 дома, 2 квартиры, поэтому многие отмечают удобное расположение. Не могу не отметить оборудование. Камеры стоят хорошие, компы тоже, интерьеры красивые, было пару замечаний по стульям у операторов и сломанные штативы, но это мелочь. По поводу обучения я так и не поняла . Кто-то пишет что обучили всему, а кто-то, что всем занимался сам .
Так же многие недовольны процентом студии, в основном команды (оператор/модель, продюссер /модель): в первом случае 25/25/50, во втором 25/12,5/остальное неизвестно куда, видимо 50 студии и 12,5 продюсеру, тут не понятно, ибо людям этого не объяснили.
Курс доллара на 10-14₽ ниже настоящего. Процент не повышается никогда, он фиксированный, но есть плюшки: если заработали в неделю более 2000$, то каждому по 2500₽. Маловато конечно, ну да ладно.
В студии проводят конкурсы на всякую технику, кто-то выиграл IPhone, сейчас разыгрывают машину, чем очень гордятся и говорят что они одни такие, но когда моя подруга работала в студии (2017 год) там тоже разыгрывали машину, британскую, не китайскую, ну да ладно, в любом случае машина это круто.
В Hr отделе работают профессионалы, но зп у них очень маленькая, при таком количестве моделей можно было и побольше платить, люди жалуются.

2) Видимо по той же причине когда руководство обнаружило факт употребления на студии наркотических веществ, на это закрыли глаза.
3) Не выдают зп после ухода при отсутствии отработки в 2 недели.
4) Ещё был случай в hr отделе: собирали базы данных девочек из детдомов, коррекционных школ, учреждений и клубов, предлагали им работу.
Одно дело выкладывать объявления на Авито, но это уже на грани каких-то моральных норм .

Студия Камфорт хорошая именно из-за людей которые там работают, они знают своё дело и большие профессионалы. Но если вы захотите уйти и не дай бог вы поссоритесь с руководством, то вы столкнетесь почти со всеми пунктами из списка выше.
