Оунеры молодая пара, которые когда-то якобы работали на вебке. Был и моделью и админом.
Стабильно кидают моделей на бабки, чаще всего делая всё чтобы модель ушла, а потом сказав ей: "Ой а ты не отработал, так не делается" (так же поступают с админами). При устройстве тебе будут рассказывать про конкурсы/репетиторов по инглишу (о них кстати рассказывают уже 3 года точно, но их так никто и не видел) и про шикарное отношение к сотрудникам. Админы стабильно слышат от оунеров, что все модели тупые и они специально набирают таких потому что умные начинают левачить и уходят со студии.
Главный админ (это один из основных трешей) женщина которая делает там всё что хочет. Продает траву на студии, курит её там же, спит с моделями, отпускает сальные шуточки и вечно обсуждает ваши стримы с вами/другими моделями и при других моделях.
Знакомая там работала админом. В итоге, ежедневно её заставляли фотографировать моделей, снимать и монтировать видео (чтобы сэкономить на фотостудиях). А потом приходит главный админ и говорит, что всё сделано плохо и нужно переделать и вообще: «Я бы сделала лучше». Спустя 1-2 месяца она не выдержала такого отношения и ушла, но зарплату так и не увидела. Услышав ту же фразу: «Ну вапще-то ты нас бросила и ушла, а так не делается" (ровно такие же истории слышал я и несколько моих знакомых моделей).
Для продвижения моделям не делается ничего, если у модели что-то не получается, то её не будут обучать или помогать, на неё просто показательно забьют (по поводу смен будут писать в последнюю очередь, на перерывах не будут разговаривать и тд), а когда модель уйдет, то опять не увидит своих денег. Оунеры стабильно думают раз есть душ и печеньки на кухнуе и дилдаки с алиэкспреса, то модели должны быть счастливы. Соцсети вести запрещено, опять же чтобы не левачили.
Ну и самое шикарное: студия устраивала моделей по левым паспортам. Рисовали документы.

The Owners are a young couple who once worked on a webcam. Was both a model and an administrator.
They consistently scamming models for money, most often doing everything to make the model leave, and then telling her: “Oh, you didn’t work, it’s not done that way” (they do the same with admins).
When you get hired, they will tell you about competitions / English lessons (by the way, they have been talking about them for 3 years for sure, but no one has seen them) and about the chic attitude towards employees.
Admins consistently hear from owners that all models are stupid and they specifically recruit such people because the smart ones start to turn left and leave the studio.
The main admin (this is one of the main trash) is a woman who does whatever she wants there. Selling weed at the studio, smoking it there, sleeping with models, making dirty jokes, and always discussing your streams with you/other models and other models.
A friend worked there as an administrator. As a result, every day she was forced to photograph models, shoot and edit videos (to save money on photo studios). And then the main admin comes and says that everything is done badly and needs to be redone, and in general: “I would do better.” After 1-2 months, she could not stand such an attitude and left, but she never saw her salary. Hearing the same phrase: “Well, then you left us and left, but it’s not done that way” (I heard exactly the same stories and several of my familiar models).
Nothing is done to promote the models, if something does not work out for the model, then they will not train or help her (they will write about shifts in the last moment, they won’t talk during breaks, etc.), and when the model leaves, then again she will not see her money.
Owners consistently think that since there is a shower and cookies in the kitchen and dildos from aliexpress, then the models should be happy. Social networks are forbidden, again, so as not to be left-handed. Well, the most chic: the studio hired models with fake passports.
